about the project
Victoria is a Russian private grocery-store chain founded in Kaliningrad. For this client, we developed a new website based on UX research conducted by our specialists. As part of the project, we analyzed the existing website audience and created a lifestyle-content concept paired with sales-driving solutions. During implementation, it was important to restructure the existing architecture, update the server environment and the client's CMS, and adopt new technologies and frameworks designed for future scaling, service integrations, and a full transition to e-commerce.
