One Price Coffee
Website Development and Design for One Price Coffee

(1)

task

Develop a new website for One Price Coffee — a federal coffee shop chain.

The website needed to cover several tasks simultaneously and serve both B2C and B2B audiences: customers, potential franchisees, and property landlords.

(2)

solution

We developed a new corporate website in One Price Coffee's brand identity that unites the interests of different user groups, helping the company expand its chain and improve customer experience.

1. For coffee shop visitors: implemented an intuitive interface to view menus, promotions, locations, leave reviews, and join the loyalty program.

2. For franchisees: created a franchise section with partnership terms, brand benefits, success stories of existing franchisees, implemented a profit calculator, and a feedback form.

3. For landlords: implemented a section with collaboration proposal forms.

Developed a chatbot for quick communication with brand support.

(3)

implementation

1. Researched the product, target audience, and competitors.

2. Gathered business and functional requirements, created clear specifications, decomposed tasks, established timelines, and defined the MVP stage.

2. Started the design process:

- Created a CJM and designed the information architecture.

- Gathered technical requirements: a list of functionalities and features to be implemented. Defined the project structure.

- Created user flows, developed a wireframe showing the placement of elements and the general structure of the future product, and identified optimal navigation methods.

- Developed a visual concept based on the One Price Coffee identity, featuring branded cups as the key element.

- Created detailed mock-ups of the final product, incorporating illustrations, animations, and 3D elements.

- Built an atomic design system to improve development quality and scalability.

3. Developed both the frontend and backend, along with a user-friendly and flexible administrative panel.
