The next step involved data migration to prevent any data loss, while implementing a comprehensive product catalog with intuitive navigation and nested categories.

about the project
project goals and objectives
Our primary goal was to create a modern, user-friendly e-commerce platform to boost online sales, streamline the customer ordering process, and differentiate the brand from competitors through superior design and interface usability.
Tasks:
1) Develop a new visual design;
2) Create intuitive navigation so that users can easily find the products they need;
3) Implement full e-commerce functionality: shopping cart, filters, online payments, and delivery system;
4) Ensure responsive design across all devices.

main idea
main idea
Previously, orders were submitted through messaging apps, followed by manual payment processing and verification – this was inconvenient and inefficient from a business perspective. Therefore, the first step was to make life easier for both the business and customers by automating the order process and developing a ‘Cart’ functionality. Additionally, we implemented a separation between orders from individuals and legal entities.

work process
An important part was the supporting content – we added recipes, articles, and news to boost audience engagement and increase time spent on site.
Next, we executed a technical design overhaul, developing an intuitive interface free of complex patterns with emphasis on prominent product cards.

what we did
The result for the business was an increase in average transaction value, traffic growth, simplified operations, and process automation. End users gained a functional, user-friendly service for quick product ordering from any device, convenient product search and filtering, and the ability to learn more about products and examine them carefully before purchase.
