about the project

We developed a website to support the expansion of the Pravda Coffee franchise network.

Pravda Coffee is a network of mini-coffee shops operating in a coffee-to-go format. The company has been active since 2010 and currently manages over 140 locations in Moscow, the Moscow region, and St. Petersburg.

task

The development of the franchise network is a key priority for the brand. The franchise was initially launched in 2016, and since then, the number of Pravda Coffee shops has grown tenfold. Accordingly, to support further network expansion, a website was needed to convert potential partners into active franchisees.

implementation and content

We chose WordPress as the CMS for the website due to its flexibility, ease of use, and high customizability. The design concept was developed based on the brand's corporate style, which was refreshed to align with modern trends.
Emphasis on numbers. The landing page is structured to provide potential franchisees with comprehensive information, concrete figures, and clear evidence to support their decision-making. Thus, from the very first screen, users can immediately grasp the profit potential, profitability, and key facts about the company.
Visualizations and interactivity. Each screen contains minimal text; instead, we used infographics, factoids, toggle tabs, tables, and graphs.
Emphasis on transparency and openness. The website shares successful franchise launch cases, features reviews from brand partners and customers, provides statistics about their collaboration with the company, and even offers contacts of franchisees for personal communication.
Showcasing brand advantages. Within just three screens, users receive information about the brand, its founder, and its unique coffee blend – presented through infographics, lists, and animations.
CTA elements. The landing page features two full-screen sections for filling out an application and an "Open a Coffee Shop" button pinned in the site header. To collect applications based on different user interests, additional hidden CTA buttons were added – such as "Get Franchisee Contacts" and "Learn More About the Brand" – which also open the application form.
