The app's homepage consolidates all key sections to minimize user navigation. For instance, users can display virtual loyalty cards, access information on special offers, search for products through the catalog, or check in-store prices by scanning barcodes.

The product catalog allows users to find items by navigating categories or searching by name. Users can check the inventories of specific stores – either the nearest location or any outlet of their choice.

what we implemented

Any customer can link their physical loyalty card to the app or create a virtual one with a single tap. The card enables extra discounts and accumulates redeemable points for partial payment of purchases. The app tracks the bonus balance and displays applicable discounts.

Users earn bonuses by sharing personal information. For example, adding children's details to their profile qualifies them for birthday gifts from REMI.  

The service section allows users to submit support tickets, review purchase history, update personal data, and access additional information about the company and its services.
